How do the order process and completion work?
First you must decide what shirt, or merchandise type, color, size, and quantity you want. Once the request is received we will then send you a complete quote to have the work completed, and a deposit/payment invoice. When the deposit/payment is received your order will be put together. Once the order is completed you will receive a notification and photo of the completed work. (1 image per type, and style). Receiving your order will depend on your choice you choose to receive your order in the original request form.
How can I receive my order?
You have a few different ways to receive your order.
1. Come pick it up from our office.
2. Request a meetup to have it dropped off.
3. Mailed to a location.
Can I change how I receive my order?
Yes. Please let us know about the change no later then the day of completion when we send the photo and notification. If it was requested to be shipped, then it will be shipped the very next morning.
How do I track my order?
This only applies to shipping orders out by mail. The next morning after you've received your photo and notification you will then receive a tracking number for your order via the United States Postal Service.
Do you provide International delivery?
We do. It will be an additional charge.
Can I receive discounts?
Absolutely! You receive $5 US Dollars off per item if you provide the apparel or merchandise you want your custom image or words on.
Repeat customers needing the same "exact" image on any type of apparel or merchandise will not be charged a "screen" fee after the "1st" order!

What if i need an order done right away?
That's no problem! If an order is needed within a few days of placing order. "Last minute" there will be an additional "last minute" fee applied.
What is the "Screen" fee?
The "Screen" fee is a one time fee to have your image set up and converted to have your apparel or merchandise designed. There is no additional "Screen" fee for orders later on of the "exact" same style.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is based on your current order. It's based on quantity, style, and color. This amount will be itemized on your invoice.
Is there a set price for apparel or merchandise?
No. Your price is determined by how many, what type, how many colors, what colors, whether it is 2 sided, how detailed the image is, and whether it is the first time the image is being created. Your amount will be itemized on you invoice.
How are the shirts made?
We use varies brands of vinyl You can request to have your apparel screen printed, or done by embroidery.
Can I request shirt and vinyl colors that aren't an option?
Yes, but there will be an additional charge since it's not a "standard" color

Yes, but there will be an additional charge since it's not a "standard" style
What is your returns policy?
NO REFUNDS. Items may only be returned if within 24 hours of receiving your order you notice that the vinyl is loose or coming apart. We will then remake the damaged item. Only with photo/video proof of the order damage.
What are your payment options?
Credit/Debit Card, Square, Paypal, CashApp(Square), Cash. We accept checks but no work will be completed or started until the check has fully cleared.
